Return & Exchange Policy – FynZ
At FynZ, we’re committed to delivering premium quality and making sure every order meets our standards.
• Exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
• If your item arrives defective or there has been an error from our side, FynZ will cover all shipping costs.
• For size exchanges or changes based on personal preference, shipping costs are covered by the customer.
• Please inspect your order upon delivery before the courier leaves.
• Once an order has been accepted and received, refunds are not available. However, we’ll always be happy to help you find a suitable exchange.
